HighBuild S-200™ sets in minutes and cures to full strength in under 72 hours. This medium cure feature, allows for geotextile or other reinforcing fabric to be set in the first coat of HighBuild S-200™ and fully saturate prior to curing. This gives an extra strong repair to damaged roofing membranes or larger cracks in concrete.

Sealing around vents, and drains or where pipes pass through concrete or foundation walls requires a sealant that both adheres to the different materials equally well but has sufficient flexibility and elasticity to resist cracking and tearing due structural movement.
